About Pinealon / PE22-28 / Selank

Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide from the same Russian bioregulator research tradition as Epithalon, studied in preclinical models for neuroprotective and pineal-regulatory effects. PE22-28 is a newer, less-studied peptide fragment researched for neuroprotection. Selank, an ACTH-derived heptapeptide developed in Russia, has been studied for anxiolytic and antiasthenic (anti-fatigue) effects, including trials for generalized anxiety and neurasthenia.

What the research shows — and its limits

Across all three compounds, the evidence base is concentrated in Russian and Eastern European research institutions, with most human data not independently replicated in Western randomized controlled trials. Selank has the most developed human research of the three, including small trials for anxiety-related conditions. Pinealon and PE22-28 have considerably thinner published human data, consisting mostly of preclinical and mechanistic research.

Who it's for

This combination is generally considered by adults interested in cognitive and stress-resilience support as part of a broader wellness program, understanding this is an area where independent, large-scale human trials are still limited.

How It's Administered

These peptides are typically administered via subcutaneous injection or intranasal delivery depending on the specific compound. Your physician will determine an appropriate protocol during your evaluation.

Safety & Considerations

Available safety data for all three compounds, drawn mostly from smaller studies and preclinical research, has not identified significant safety concerns at studied doses, but none has the large-scale controlled human safety trial base of an FDA-approved medication.
