MedFit offers multiple programs for employers and their employees. These programs can be implemented to meet your cost-containment goals while providing your clients with valuable health benefits.

Program A – 100% Employer Contribution:
The Employer agrees to pay 100% of the peptide cost. MedFit provides language to modify the SPD.

Program B – Partial Employer Contribution:
The Employer agrees to pay a defined portion of peptide cost MedFit provides language to modify SPD.

Program C – No Employer Contribution:
Employer gives employees access to a discount program Employer covers no cost of peptides No SPD language is necessary.

Can your strategy be built in to a health plan?

Absolutely, MedFit has set our model up to fit inside or outside of a health plan for your employees.

Is it possible to offer this strategy as a non-employer sponsored plan?

Yes, Med Fit has created solutions for both employer and non-employer sponsored plans.

Are you licensed in all 50 States?

Yes, our telehealth partner is licensed in all 50 states and our distribution pharmacy is licensed in all 50 states as well.  We are committed to compliance to both federal and state laws.  Please set up a meeting and we can help you understand what the laws are in your state(s).

Are your GLP-1s FDA approved?

No, only the brand-name GLP-1’s are FDA Approved.  However, we contract with an FDA 503B Licensed Manufacturer.  Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are currently on the FDA’s shortage list which legally allows us to sell them.  While there are no guarantees the shortage is expected to last for several years based on the continual health improvement from them that are being released. If the FDA determines that there is no longer a shortage, we will not legally be able to distribute.  

Is there a employee size requirement?

The answer is it depends on the group and if they are set up as a fully insured, level-funded or self-funded health plan.  We can work with any size group and create a custom program for all 3 types of health plans, but the set up cost and price may vary depending on the group size. Either way we are confident we can build a cost savings for the employer or a discount program for the employees to buy directly.
